Johnstaff, a leading consulting firm in Australia and New Zealand, needed a more efficient way to manage Sharepoint asset library content when preparing complex tender documents. We designed and built the Tender Toolbox, a custom Microsoft Word add-in, giving their team instant access to a structured library of content, images, and pre-approved text.
With a strong presence in client-side advisory and project management, Johnstaff’s teams frequently prepare detailed tender documents. However, navigating multiple folders on their SharePoint asset library to locate the right content was time-consuming and inefficient. They needed a streamlined, user-friendly solution to simplify content while maintaining brand consistency and document quality.
