Challenge

In winemaking, “plunging” refers to submerging grape skins during fermentation, extracting rich colours and tannins. Founder Arthur O’Brien brought this philosophy to his tours, offering guests a deep dive into the region’s wine culture, with exclusive, invitation-only cellar door experiences.

To stand out in the competitive wine tourism market, Plunge required a strong, stylish brand that reflected the luxury, fun, and depth of its curated experiences.
